orgiveness is central to the Christian faith because every Christian becomes a Christian through forgiveness. We enter the kingdom only because God, in His great mercy, has pardoned our sins. Therefore, if we expect God to forgive our failures, o!enses, and transgressions, it follows that we must in turn be willing to forgive those who sin against us.
